Payment processing is handled by Stripe and billed separately from your WaveTab subscription. Standard Stripe rates apply: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for card-present payments. Start with full access to the Trial plan (1 location, 1 device, 5 staff, 250 orders/month) for 14 days with no credit card required. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime during the trial. If you don't upgrade, your account automatically downgrades to a free Community tier with limited features after 14 days.

Yes, you can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you're on an annual plan, plan changes may require adjusting to monthly billing first.

If you exceed device, staff, or order limits, you'll receive a notification to upgrade your plan or purchase add-ons. For orders, overages are automatically billed at $49 per 10,000 additional orders. For devices and staff, you can add them via our add-on pricing: $19/device/month or $2/staff seat/month.
